Brandy

Ever since I was a little girl, I was a fan of Brandy. My first cd that I ever owned was Brandy's first cd. I used to think that I wanted to be a singer. Throughout her career, I have collected her cd's. (Now as far me having ALL of her the cds now? The answer would be no). I have recited, learned and memorized her lyrics. I have done projects on her and watched movies, shows, documentaries, on her. I have went to at least ONE concert of hers. In middle school, my teacher SWORE i even looked like her (I still question that to this day. Not that I don't wanna be compared to someone like her, because she is beautiful).

She started her career singing in the church choir. She then moved on to talent shows. Then went on to do a show called Thea! (Now i grew up watching the reruns of this show, I didnt know of the show when it was out). After that she did music, movies, and tv shows.

She did the show (that everyone remember her by) called Moesha. I remember at one point my mother didnt want us to watch it. She did commericals also! I know at one point in her career, she did a hairline. (She put her name on a line for selling hair).

Her first album was called Brandy-full of lessons learned and love songs. She was young when this cd came out.
Then she had an album called Never Say Never. This was a more fun, energetic Brandy.
Her third album was called Full Moon-Brandy had REALLY grown up by this album, she was not the girl Brandy we were used to.
Her fourth album was called Afrodisiac. This album shows her more sexier side of Brandy. We were used to her grown side by then.
And her recent album is called Human. This was the more personal side of Brandy. (This is the album that I was the most proud of. I could relate to this cd more than the other.)

As far as her history and personal life:

Her name: Brandy Norwood
Birthday: February 11, 1979
She was with a music producer by name of Robert and later the relationship ended. And then she was engaged to a professional basketball player by the name of Quinten. (And according to a YouTube research by me of the Tyra Banks show, relationship ended.).

When then found out that Brandy was pregnant (which I evidently forgot that I am NOT part of their family, was SO happy and excited to hear! Like it was MY sister or family member that it happend to!). With the help of a documentary, from a well known music channel, ( I think it was MTV or was it VH1?) the world got to witness the last few days of Brandy's pregnancy and birth of her daughter Syrai' Norwood.

One of the great things that this family does together is the foundation for young kids. Its called (last time I heard) The Norwood Foundation.

One of Brandy's lessons learned from life was the very public mishaps that occurred in her life. (Not sure of the date) One day, Brandy goes to out and was in an accident. The lady that was involved in the accident, did not make it unfortunately. Brandy did was she had to do and (according to reports and such) apologized to the family. She mourned even though she did not know this lady.

But Brandy was able to move on from that incident and live her life. Regardless of what was said, and how the media tried to tear her apart. I will say that I am very proud of her. I will say that everyone makes mistakes and everyone makes bad choices. I was thrown off when I heard the news, (and wished I was there with her to comfort her) and I hoped that she would be able to heal from that. I know its an eternal wound, but I will say that she is (which her cd is properly named) HUMAN.

I sometimes wish that I can pick up the phone and car her. Especially when my cousin passed away. I needed to be able to call someone who could comfort me or come by and help me through my rough time. For some reason, I feel a certain connection to her. I feel as though she is my sister, well the big sister that I've always wanted. If she was to read this: I wanna say thank to her and Tyrese for their music and extra inspirations that they give to others. They really never how and who they touch with their humor and voices. They say,"The smallest things goes a long way."

I love you and I appreciate everything and I hope to meet you and hangout.

Love Krystal.
